		<description>there´s just a small detail missing: the EMBARGO,  which tracks down any transaction that the Cuban gouvernment may do to  invest on social programs. It gets to the point of such pettiness, that is risible at its best, and right down pathetic, as it was the case of a Cuban boy who won a Cannon camera in an international contest and didn´t receive the prize because he lives in a country that decided a long time ago, its own principles of what real rights of human beings are, and not of the market with its "American dream" propaganda. 

As George Carlin used to say: "It´s an American dream, all right...because, you have to be asleep to believe it!" 
I mean,  a Cuban trembles in disbelief when they travel and see people on the streets.

About the so called democracy, if you can read Spanish, I recommend "Educación para la ciudadanía", you can google it.
